RockNRolla

If you are wondering where The Wife is she's on the couch asleep.

The wife and I spent the better part of Saturday setting up our new HDtv and rearranging the living room. I spent the better part of the evening oo-ing and ah-ing over RockNRolla in HD. Totally worth it.

Final Pic of the Week
As you may have noticed I have become quite inconsistent as far as the Sunday PotW postings go. Due to many considerations I am going to have to let it slip by the wayside. It has been fun while it lasted but life goes on and there are just too many things I need to focus on. I welcome you to start captioning my daily sketches if you’d like but for now here is the final winning caption.

Thank you to all of you that have participated.

Today’s Pic of the Week is a beautiful basset by the name of Charlotte. Turns out she was adopted from the same rescue group I got Frances from, BROOD.

Sure it’s Monday but it’s the last day of my weekend so I declare myself on time. Anyway, Coco (from my friend Michelle over at Scrappy Hour) doesn’t seem to care.

Back to work. Back to sketchin’. Back to the Pic of the Week. I wasn’t planning on taking off from the PotW over the holidays but it just worked out that way.

Speaking of the holidays, today’s pic is of my wife’s uncle’s dog, Charlie, while he was helping clean up after Christmas dinner. Caption away.

PotW: Harley

Sorry for the disappearing act on Friday. I had the sketch and post ready but WordPress locked me out. However, I am now back up and running and it is time for the Pic of the Week. Today’s pic features Harley with an unnamed pink bundle of joy. An excellent choice for the holidays.

Speaking of holidays, I am on one for the next 2 weeks. I will continue to post but I am not sure of the when or how often. But let’s face it we all should be focusing on food and family right now so I won’t sweat it if you don’t. But be sure to be back here January 5th. I’m going to have a little somethin’-somethin’ for you.

This goes down as my favorite submission ever. I even e-mailed back just to make sure this was real. A big thank you to Dawn & Paul in Alaska for sending “Snowball” along. I can’t wait to see the captions that you all will come up with for this one.
