Christmas Tree Toy
So this is my first Christmas with a cat. Joy. Where I am used to having to pick things up because my clumsy dog would knock them down on the way by I now have to watch out for Coraline who is purposely is attacking the decorations. Oh, and she knows she shouldn’t be doing it, too. She KNOWS. The worst part?
Frances is taking notes.

When you have cats, you learn very quickly not to put any breakable ornaments low on the tree.
Look at it this way, you get to redecorate the tree every day from now until you take it down, thanks to Coraline.

Perhaps you could look at it, that Coraline and Frances are being helpful, curious and enjoying the holiday. I would love to see there reactions to an animated holiday decorations.

Heh heh – knock on wood, she hasn’t knocked anything down yet (and now she will!), but she does enjoy batting at the cheapie ornaments at the bottom. We made certain to not put anything delicate on the bottom of the tree, but she does seem to enjoy chewing on the lightbulbs…luckily when the tree isn’t turned on…

So cute!! Just be warned that she might try to climb up the middle of the tree as well – Figgy tried that every year!
