Slow slow progress

I’ve been working on a Sci-fi comic for a while now. The main points of the story are written. Characters were designed. Even had an artist at one point (Lee Cherolis, BTW, mad talented, keep an eye on him). In fact this sketch is taking the changes he made to my original design and working it back into my style.

My editor at Clickwheel is very interested in what I am going to do with this concept. I am too, to tell the truth. I think it may be time for me to step back and give it a shot.

Just thinking out loud. What do you think, does this sketch intrigue you at all?

I Can See You

I’m really not sure why I felt the need to draw a ninja this morning. Last night was spent watching football and Heroes. Huh.

Lucy the Jack Russell

When I learned the name of the new character over at Bob the Squirrel today I just had to do another sketch during lunch. Looks like Frank got himself a new family member for his birthday. If you’ve been with me since Bassetville you know I love Frank’s strip (and Frank in a totally one-armed-man-hug kind of way) . If you didn’t know, give it a shot.

The way Frank works you don’t have a lot of archives to go through but it is a really great strip to just jump in at any point and enjoy the ride. And since he is adding a dog into the story I figure a bunch of you would find now a great time to start reading Bob the Squirrel.

Moving Day

There was a lot of rearranging of stuff at the Prindiville household this weekend. New furniture in. Old furniture moved around to try to make it fit. Good times.

No not really.

No New PotW

Due to real life there is no new Pic of the Week today. If you are so inclined you could leave some more captions for last week’s Lexi & Logan.

(It’s not often you see a no image post from me, huh?)
