Gaiju Cinema
Cloverfield comes out today. I’ve done a pretty decent job of avoiding spoilers thus far. I’ve only read the first part of any review to get just the overall reaction to the movie while avoiding any detail.
The Wife asked me last night if I wanted to go see it today… I never did answer. Now that I know it is playing at both theaters in our general vicinity I think that answer may have to be yes. (One theater is nicer but draws the talking, texting, cellphoning, didn’t your mother teach you any manners crowd while the other is generally less attended but older, dirtier and no stadium seating.)
Decisions, decisions.

I’m not sure if I’m going to see this movie either, if I decide to, I will definitely wait until the cheap show has it. I have to admit this isn’t a movie that is on my priority list at all.
Anyway, I thought you would definitely want to see “Alvin and the Chipmunks”

That is true, but I think that will be one I can see on cable or DVD.

I’m going to see it tonight. I have high hopes, probably not a good thing to have but, what the hey?
